UMIP and the Research Office

The Research Office handles all research contracts and, through the close working relationship that exists between the staff of the two organisations, UMIP becomes involved in those where there is the potential for exploitation of intellectual property. This co-operation maintains consistency in policies and approach and allows effective management of the University's IP.
