Confidential Disclosure AgreementIf you wish to collaborate in any way with researchers in other organisations or with a commercial partner, this will require discussion that will involve a sharing of information, some of which may be confidential. In order to protect the interests of both parties it is important that a confidential disclosure agreement (CDA) is agreed and signed before disclosure of confidential information. CDAs are managed by UMIP and you should consult us if you require such protection. If you are asked to sign a CDA from a third party, please send the agreement to UMIP; designated UMIP staff are authorised signatories for these documents and will check that yours and the University's position is adequately protected.
